A deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. The deposit amount is typically 25-50% of the estimated service cost, depending on the service type.
The deposit will be applied directly to your final invoice upon service completion. You will only pay the remaining balance after the work is finished and you are satisfied with the results.
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. Deposits can be paid online or in person at our facility.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time. Rescheduling does not forfeit your deposit.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, your deposit will be forfeited. We reserve the right to charge an additional no-show fee.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We accept all major payment methods. Final payment must be made before you leave our facility.
All estimates are provided free of charge. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. If your project scope changes significantly, we may need to provide an updated estimate.
If additional work is discovered during the service that was not included in the original estimate, we will notify you immediately and discuss the additional charges before proceeding.
We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of service. If any defects are discovered within this period due to our installation, we will repair or replace the work at no additional cost.
All products come with manufacturer warranties. Madico films include 10-year warranties on select products. Avery Dennison vinyl wraps include 12-year durability guarantees. Details will be provided with your service.
